Living with pain every day affects every aspect of life, physically and emotionally. I spent so long searching for answers. I didn’t want to rely on medication; I wanted to get to the root of the problem and understand what to do if it returned.
When I discovered these simple self-care tools that support the body’s natural ability to heal, everything changed. Some areas of my body responded instantly, while others needed time to create the space that had been lost and increase the blood and oxygen to this area to fully release restrictions causing the pain.
